GOODWOOD FESTIVAL of SPEED
July 9 – 13, 2026
The Festival of Speed is the largest motoring garden party in the world – a unique summer weekend bringing together an impossibly heady mix of cars, stars and motorsport ‘royalty’ to create the largest car culture event in the world. Our visit to the Goodwood Festival of Speed includes admission to the Hill VIP hospitality suites.
Reserved for just a few of the large attendees. Not only do you get trackside viewing, but the privacy of your own marquee, which includes breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea and continuous service of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Paddock access is also offered, an opportunity to see the cars up close and mix with both drivers and celebrities. You’ll be escorted by Steve Austin, who will be joined by Festival ‘stalwarts’ such as Derek Bell and Richard Attwood. Present Formula 1 and Le Mans drivers are well represented. They are available to meet the fans and sign programs without the pressures of full-time racing. In addition to full car days at Goodwood, we are also offering visits to Brooklands Motor and Air Museum and the Beaulieu National Motor Museum.

TOUR ITINERARY
GOODWOOD FESTIVAL OF SPEED
DAY 1, July 9: You are met at the Hilton Hotel Terminal 4. (Please note your departure out of the U.S. would be on July 8). At noon,we journey down to the Portsmouth Marriott Hotel on England’s south coast. En route, we visit Brooklands Museum. This was the oldest, custom-built race track in the world. Much of Brooklands is displayed the way it was, and is complemented with modern airplanes, including the Concorde. Our anticipated arrival in Portsmouth is 5:00pm. At 7:00 pm,we meet in the hotel lounge for welcome cocktails. Dinner this evening is in the hotel and will include a guest speaker, next 4 nights at the Marriott Hotel (4-star).
DAY 2, July 10: This morning, a journey into the New Forest takes us to the village of Beaulieu. The village is the home to the finest car collection in Britain, as well as the home of Lord Montague, who started the collection in 1952. Beaulieu is also home to the Beaulieu Autojumble, a twice-yearly massive auto parts sale considered to be the largest and original event of its kind. This afternoon, we continue on to Goodwood House for our first visit to the Festival of Speed. While crowded, it is the best day to move around the whole event; there is a lot to see and do. We have admission with ‘Roving Grandstand’, allowing you access to all thirteen grandstands. This will allow you the ability to walk around all parts of the event and then grab a track viewing seat close to wherever you are. Please note that you also have the option to drop the Beaulieu Museum and go directly to the Festival of Speed in the morning. Dinner this evening is a casual affair at a local Portsmouth Harbour Inn.

DAY 3, July 11: An early start this morning as the roads will be very busy. The next two days, we are housed in our private Hospitality Suite. The Hill Pavilion is the top Hospitality option for the event. Located on the dramatic Molecomb Corner, this contemporary space with a trackside balcony and garden is the best vantage point for the Hillclimb action. Directly in front of us, the cars will be maneuvering the long curve that heads up the hill. It is also where many of the vehicles will be doing donuts, burnouts, and all sorts of shenanigans. We are served a champagne breakfast on our arrival. Throughout the day, we are served a gourmet lunch, drinks and afternoon tea. The Suite has a veranda for viewing, but also inside is a large plasma TV, in case there is a shower. There is a lot going on in the car paddocks today with many of the top F1 and Sports racing drivers signing autographs. An included event program keeps you well abreast of all the fun. Late afternoon, we return to the hotel. The evening is free to relax after a long day.
DAY 4, July 12: Once again, we return to Goodwood House and our Hospitality Suite. We also anticipate celebrity visits to our Suite today. This afternoon, if you haven’t already, a free hop-on, hop-off jitney will take you up to the track finish line. There, you can view the Rally section for some ‘super exciting’ demonstrations, a very popular spot. Mid-afternoon, the fastest cars are scheduled for the ‘shoot out’. For many of the drivers, this is serious stuff. From our Suite, we have a perfect position to see the skill of these drivers. We return in the late afternoon to our hotel. This is our final evening, we’ll be dining in a private suite at the hotel, and will be joined by five-time Le Mans winner, Derek Bell. It is a fitting finale to our Festival of Speed celebration.
DAY 5, July 13: Following breakfast, we depart the hotel for Heathrow and your return flight to the US.
